Long Island Apple Festival - 11am-4pm - Sherwood-Jayne House, 55 Old Post Road, East Setauket - $6 adult, $4 children

Activities will include colonial games such as a "tug-o-war," the opportunity to create an apple-head doll, pony rides and apple relay races. A food historian will conduct an open-hearth colonial cooking demonstration, and traditional music.
