The Legends of Smithtown The Smithtown Historical Society announces it new exhibit: Running of the Bull: Smithtown's Origins, Real and Imagined
This exhibit will be open to the public as of Tuesday, January 19th. It will be running until August 2010. The exhibit is housed at the Caleb Smith House, 5 North Country Road. This exhibit is free of charge. Showing hoursare are Tuesday and Thursdays from Noon to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 - 2. | Sports Squirts Smithtown Recreation has teamed up with U.S. Sports Institute to offer a Sports Squirts Camp. This camp is for children ages 3 - 5. The program is designed to introduce young children to a variety of sports in a safe and structured environment. The sports will include Soccer, Basketball, T-Ball, Hockey, Lacrosse, Parachute and Kids choice. The camp will be held at Veterans Memorial Park on Fridays from April 23rd - June 4th.
