Food Drive
We are holding our 1st Annual Holiday Market Place
and Food Drive on Saturday, November 7th, 2009 from 11AM - 4:00 PM at the St.
Thomas Of Canterbury Church on Brooksite Drive.
We are looking for vendors for this event. Its a
great and inexpensive way to get your business in front of Smithtown Residents
and to hopefully boost your Holiday Sales. In addition you will be a part of
our efforts to collect food for the local food pantry.
If you are interested in renting a table for this
event, please email either Pam@smithtownmomstown.com or lynda@smithtownmomstown.com to
reserve your table right away!
The cost for the day will be $25 for a 120 inch
table (we have 3 available) or $20 for the 90 inch table. If you would like to
split a table with another mom entrepreneur or cool business, that is fine.
We just need to know the names of each mom/company that will be participating.
In order for us to finalize the plans for this
event, if you are interested in renting a table, we would need your name and
payment by October 20th, 2009. We will be setting up a paypal link on the
website and will send the link as soon as it is available.
